Our Team
Mel Bird
Owner, CEO & The Heart of the Business
Hi, my name is Mel, and I started Mid Wales Cleaning back in 2021!
What began as a small idea has now grown into an Award Winning cleaning business, proudly serving Llanfair Caereinion and the surrounding areas in Powys and Mid Wales.
I am so proud of my entire team to have won this title!
Best of Wales - Business Awards 2026
Best Cleaning Service in Mid Wales!
We’re all about taking the stress out of cleaning and giving our clients that fresh, five-star feeling when they walk through the door. Every home and business we look after is treated with the same care and attention to detail as if it were our own.
It’s those little finishing touches that make us unique — the extras that leave you smiling when you step into your space.
I mainly focus on all client correspondence, admin, website,
holiday let management, deep clean
as well as stone restoration for all those gorgeous
natural stone worktops we get here in Wales
